FAQ's

We're very excited for the big day! To help you plan and enjoy your day at our wedding here's some answers to questions you might have. 

What is the dress code?

Think Summer wedding! Summer dresses and light-weight suits. Wear what makes you feel your best. 

Will I be able to park?

Parking is free and there is a large parking area before you enter the woodlands. You are welcome to leave your car overnight but must pick it up by 11am the next day. For more details read The Venue page. 

What are the timings?

Arrive from 1.30pm, the ceremony will start from 2-2.15pm. The party finishes at midnight. For more details read the Order of the Day

Can we bring children? 

Due to the size of the venue, our large group of families and friends we've chose to keep the wedding adult-only. Your invite will specify who is invited. 

How accessible is the venue?

If you require special assistance for accessibility needs the Wedding Dolls on site will guide you to the appropriate area to access the venue and ceremony. All of the venue is designed to be accessible with a large accessible toilet and decking in the main entertainment and dining spaces.

Is the venue pet friendly?

While the venue is pet friendly Ezra will be the only dog allowed on site. He's very friendly but please don't feed him scraps or food that isn't specifically intended for him.  

Can I wear heels?

When you first enter The Dreys there is a hessian carpeted woodland walk which is mostly stable. There are hard floor walk ways between all key venue areas making it stiletto heel friendly. You may wish to bring a pair of shoes to change into for the party depending on what shapes you intend to throw! 

Can we bring confetti? 

The venue is a natural woodland and has strict rules on confetti. We have decided not to use any confetti on the day to minimise wastage so please do not bring any with you. 

Is accomodation included?

Unless you are part of the Grooms party or have been informed otherwise you will need to book your own acommodation. 

What if I can't make it on the day?

If for some reason you're not able to attend on the day don't worry however please do try and let us know in the morning to allow for any changes to the seating plan for the dinner. Any cancellations now are non refundable and we will be charged for your meals and drinks.

Can we bring gifts and cards?

You are welcome to bring envelopes and there will be a space for these to be left for us. In terms of gifting please read our gift page
